Not across state lines no but it is always better for the puppies health to be sure they had all the shots before you take them on trips. Consult your vet and ask if there has been reports of any illness in the place you will be visiting that may affect your puppy.

If flying, he needs a health certificate. If traveling by automobile, he needs nothing. Rabies is required at 4 months and older in many counties or to board a plane, but not at state lines.. .

If the puppy is too young for the rabies vaccine, it does not need it…which is good as that particular vaccine causes the most chronic health problems. You need a health certificate if you are flying with the puppy, all airlines require that. But if you are driving, there is no need for a health certificate.

Not if you are driving, yes to the health cert if flying, rabies depends how old the puppy is. Some states require rabies at 3 mo some at 6.

No, as long as you get him up to date when he is old enough.

No, but make sure the puppy is up to date on the shots and dewormers and everything before traveling. especially if you are going to a new placewhere it will meet new dogs.

The laws vary by state. In the state of Florida the answer is no. If you go on a plane you don't need a health certificate if you are traveling with the animal. If you are shipping the animal in the cargo hold and you are not going along then yes you need a heath certificate dated within 10 days of the date thatyou are shipping. If you are going across the border to Canada then Yes you need a health certificate

Technically, many states DO require a health certificate and rabies shot for a dog to enter (though many will make provisions for puppies under 3 or 4 months). However, enforcement is almost non-existant unless arriving by airplane. If you drive your car across the state line, no one is going to stop and ask you for your papers.
